Marketing to Home Builders? Meet HomeSphere IQ’s Latest Feature.

February 26, 2020

Woman using HomeSphere-IQ's Marketing Services feature

Building product manufacturers partner with HomeSphere for unprecedented access to the largest community of builders in the industry. And now, through HomeSphere-IQ®, they can leverage their marketing dollars to directly reach this engaged, targeted segment using their own brand's unique style and messaging.

We’re introducing Marketing Services as a core feature of our platform, so our manufacturer partners continue to outperform customer acquisition and retention goals

So how does it work?

It’s easy and it starts within HomeSphere-IQ, where manufacturers already have access tfeatures like Builder Discovery and Invoice Review

In one click, our partners can initiate marketing campaigns that include:

  • Email
  • Check inserts
  • Direct mail
  • Surveys
  • Sponsored features in enewsletters and on the HomeSphere blog
  • Customized outreach

It’s up to you, and what makes sense for your brand — and HomeSphere will serve as an active collaborator the entire time.

Who’s on the other end?

A targeted segment of our 2,600+ builder basedepending on which campaign you choose. Our builders constructed more than 200,000 homes in 2019, representing 27 percent more homes than the top 10 national home builders combined.

They also represent $600 million in sales and, even better, are loyal to our manufacturers’ products for more than five years on average. (That’s a lot of opportunity there!)

Not yet a HomeSphere partner?

HomeSphere manufacturer partners have access to the largest community of home builders in the United States.

What are some marketing options?

It’s up to you.

Have a new product? Send an email letting our builders know. We’ll pass on resulting leads and key metrics so you can track how your message performed.

Running a special? Initiate a check insert. It’s one of our most popular options because it accompanies our builder partners’ incentive payments.

Want to establish yourself as a thought leader? Work with us on a blog post. Share your industry expertise with our builders and we’ll post it to HomeSphere’s blog and promote it on social media and in email communications.

Have a pressing question for our builders? Create a survey. Ask our builders what kind of tile they like most or gain insights on other purchasing decisions.

If you’re unsure of how you want to reach out, we’ll work with you on it and create a campaign that’s in your budget and works toward the results you want.

What else?

We want to help our manufacturer partners leave bad lists and unmeasurable ad buys behind.

At the same time, we’re not going to flood our builder partners with marketing outreach that just becomes white noise — which is to the benefit of our manufacturing partners.

That’s why we’ve set a limit on how many types of campaigns we’ll run during a set period (for example we only have two slots each month for an email campaign)

If you’re a current partner and you know you’ll want to run a campaign for a certain month, reserve your spot as early as possible so we can help in every way we can. (Interested in running a campaign? Log in to HomeSphere-IQ to check out Marketing Services now!)

In the meantime, check out our blog’s Business Blueprints section for tips on marketing, sales and more — all based on our 20 years of experience in the residential new construction industry.
