Since our founding, HomeSphere has been a leader in developing innovative ways for manufacturers and residential builders to solve these challenges and consistently perform ahead of the market. Our unique, third-party bundled incentive program has set us apart in serving the dynamic needs of building product manufacturers and builders in a changing industry.

Our Products

In 1999, we introduced Builder Rebates & Incentives (BRI), the first proprietary rebate management platform for builders to access savings on the building materials they use every day. In 2004 we released AllTrack®, giving builders even more control over their margins with a SaaS platform to manage their direct contracts.

Today, over 2,700 single-family and multi-family home builders use HomeSphere’s technology and services to discover the right products for the homes they build, earn incentives, and develop long-lasting relationships with more than 80 building product manufacturers and brands.
