Review a LEADPLUS Lead

Click anywhere on an individual active or closed lead to review it. You can only make changes to active lead records.

Managing an Active LEADPLUS Lead

You can manage a LEADPLUS Lead by clicking on any Active LEADPLUS lead. This will bring you to an individual lead’s management page.

Updating Fields on the LEADPLUS Management Page

Editable fields have a color designation. To edit a field, click on the field and choose or enter the required value change. All changes must be saved by clicking on the corresponding save button for that section.


Builder Will Make A Decision By

This is the date by which a builder will decide whether to use your products. Only Qualified Leads have this feature; targeted leads have no updatable decision date.

After choosing or changing the Builder Will Make A Decision By date, click the save button to make the update.


Change the Status of a Lead to Won, Lost or Declined

  1. To change the status of a lead to either Won or Lost, click on the field and choose either, Won, Lost, or Declined.
  2. Click the Save button to make the change.

Assign a BPM Follow Up Date

You can assign dates for your reps to follow up on a lead by.

  1. To assign or update a follow up date on a lead, click the BPM Follow Up Date and select the date.
  2. Click the Save button to make the change.

Add a Note to LEADPLUS Lead

You can leave notes about an individual account to assist the sales process for the assigned rep and the builder’s corresponding HomeSphere Regional Market Specialist.

  1. Type the note into the text box titled New Note from BPM.
  2. Click the Add New Note button to save the note to the account.

Assigning a LEADPLUS Lead to a Rep

You can assign and reassign a LEADPLUS lead to one of your reps as long as the lead is still active. To assign or reassign a lead to one of your reps:

  1. Click inside the Reassign To Name
  2. Enter your rep’s name.
  3. Fill in the Reassign Email You won’t be able to complete assigning the lead unless you have a valid email address.
  4. Enter additional information into the Reassign To Title and Reassign To Phone
  5. Click the Reassign button to complete the update.
