With luminosity, homebuyers make their selections from pre-planned, cutting-edge lighting, electrical, and home technology design concepts built directly into the online tool. Lighting effects and pricing are shown in real time. Construction documents are created automatically from finalized plans.

To serve builders beyond the needs of lighting, Aterra is also proud to offer I3 Interactive Floorplans to aid with online lead generation for prospective buyers and the homeowner's decision process on lighting design.
As an electrical design firm, Aterra serves as liaison between the builder, contractor and home buyer providing a seamless and streamlined electrical process.
Aterra Designs works with leading manufacturers in electrical design and lighting products such as Leviton Manufacturing and Progress Lighting — both also partners on the HomeSphere rebate program.
