LiftMaster Partners With HomeSphere to Offset Rising Costs for Home Builders

Rebates on garage door openers and other access solutions available on My HomeSphere®

DENVER, Colorado (February 2021) – Liftmaster®, the No. 1 brand of professionally installed residential garage door openers and a leading manufacturer of smart access products, today announced a partnership with HomeSphere®, a marketplace connecting building product manufacturers with the industry’s largest home builder network.

Home builders in HomeSphere’s network can now access a wide range of rebates on LiftMaster products. Rebates are available on LiftMaster’s Contractor Series, Premium Series and Elite Series garage door openers, access control (telephone entry) solutions and gate operators.

“LiftMaster’s smart home access solutions are trusted by builders and owners throughout the country,” said HomeSphere President and CEO Greg Schwarzer. “Our partnership offers our network of home builders exclusive rebates on high-quality products from an innovative and experienced leader, at a time when managing prices is on every builder’s mind.”

For more than 50 years, LiftMaster has offered a wide range of entry solutions, including professionally installed residential garage door openers, commercial door operators, residential and commercial gate operators, smart video intercom systems and related access control products. Unique to LiftMaster’s extensive line of products is integrated myQ® technology that allows residents to control, secure and monitor the garage door from anywhere with the myQ app. The innovative myQ technology also works with Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery, so residents can conveniently have Amazon packages and groceries delivered safely inside the garage.

“Our smart access solutions provide homeowners and residents with the latest technology and innovations in safety, security and convenience,” said Melissa Foley, LiftMaster’s Principal of Strategic Relationships. “We look forward to partnering with HomeSphere to bring these benefits to the industry’s largest home builder network.”
