What’s more, builder partners will soon have access to our entire brand catalog in My HomeSphere, our online rebate management app and analytics tool, where builders can currently upload their closing information to earn rebates and view historical data on those earnings. Additionally, builder partners will also be able to view more in-depth reports on product and brand usage.

The specialists beyond the catalog

But our services run on more than our cloud-based software (though have we mentioned it’s award-winning?). These specialists also know HomeSphere and our brand catalog like the back of their hand. They can assist builders in forming brand connections and learning about new products. They also help builders understand how to bundle products to maximize their rebates through our program.

What about a bundle?

To maximize a builder’s rebate, we put bundling incentives in place to encourage builders to use as many products as possible from our trusted manufacturers, who include Lennox, Aristokraft, Mannington, Daltile and more. As a result, our builders’ product plans are bundled based on what builders currently use on their projects.

When builders change their plans, we can change your bundle. This way, you can switch to new products within our catalog that might be a better fit for your buyers while still earning maximum rebates.
