If you’ve never pursued direct rebates, we’re here to connect you to the right person at a brand so you can negotiate your first deal.  

We’re also here to support existing contracts, or new ones you’ve negotiated, by tracking your contract requirements so you're less likely to miss out on rebate dollars.

Who’s eligible 

We're excited to provide priority access for this solution to our current multifamily builders who already receive rebates from HomeSphere. 

Curious if you'd be a good fit? Generally, multifamily builders who complete more than 250 units per year are prime candidates to start going direct because of the volume of product you use. For builders who complete or exceed 500 units per year, it’s a no-brainer to negotiate direct contracts because of your purchasing power.
