For our manufacturer partners, that means we’ll continue to help you cultivate long-term relationships with home builders with no interruption to our services. We understand your sales teams are likely unable to maintain their normal routines, including travel and meeting with builders in person. Know that HomeSphere-IQ is available from anywhere you can access the internet and has the tools to help you connect with home builders from your home office. For our builder partners, this means we’ll continue to help you access and manage your rebate programs without any pause in service. If you have rebates to claim, we’ll help you earn cash back. Report your latest closings whenever you can from My HomeSphere, and contact us if you need help logging in. Once reported, you’ll receive your rebate incentives in the same bundled check you’re used to.
