1. What can I expect from the Link experience?
   Link isn’t a trade show. Link is a curated, meeting-based experience designed to maximize the value of your time. Each event delivers two days of high-impact networking through pre-scheduled, 15-minute one-on-one meetings between builders and leading manufacturer and service partners, complemented by hosted meals, receptions, and programming built for connection. Builders gain direct access to the products, programs, and people shaping their business, while Partners spend focused time with decision-makers ready to specify, evaluate, and grow their business. The result is consistent: meaningful conversations, high engagement, and lasting business relationships.
2. What costs are covered for Builder attendees?
   For the first approved attendee from each Builder company, Link includes:
   • Coach airfare booked by HomeSphere
   • Hotel accommodations during the event
   • All scheduled Link meetings
   • Hosted meals and receptions
   • Event-provided airport transportation

   Additional Builder attendees may be subject to a registration fee and may cover their own travel and lodging.

3. How are my meetings selected?
   Builders meet with all participating Partners. Meetings are structured to help you learn about new products, understand rebate opportunities with brands you already use, and explore competitive options across the HomeSphere network. Builder profiles and brand usage are shared in advance to ensure conversations are relevant and productive.
4. Why am I required to attend all scheduled meetings?
   Because Partners are funding and planning on your participation, attending all scheduled meetings ensures fairness and protects the integrity of the event. These meetings are the core of the Link experience and are what make the event valuable for everyone involved.
5. Did your company attend a past Link event?
   Builder companies that have attended a previous Link event will be placed on a waitlist. With many returning partners in 2026, we are intentionally creating space for new builder participation while maintaining a high-value experience.

Pricing, Discounts, & Deadlines (New for 2026)

• Early Bird Discount: Partners committing to two 2026 Link events by January 31, 2026 and paying both event invoices by March 31, 2026 qualify for Early Bird pricing. Payments not received by this date will void the discount, and the standard rate difference will be invoiced.
• Standard Rate Increase: The Partner fee increases from $8,500 to $9,500 at the 60-day mark. For Link Scottsdale, this occurs on March 7, 2026. Additional attendee pricing remains unchanged.
• October 2026 Event Location: The October 2026 event location will be announced in April 2026, allowing flexibility as industry conditions are evaluated. Once announced, Partners may confirm or adjust participation, including refund or credit options in accordance with cancellation terms.

Clearer Cancellation Timeline

We’ve simplified our cancellation policy to better reflect real registration behavior and planning timelines.

• 150+ days before the event: Full refund.
• 90–149 days before the event: 50% of the Partner Fee is owed; a credit may be offered (valid for 12 months).
• Inside 90 days: 100% of the Partner Fee is owed; non-refundable.
• Registrations made inside 90 days: Fully non-refundable upon registration.
