Glenn Renner, the CEO of HomeSphere, recently sat down with USA Weekly to discuss HomeSphere and his role with the company.
In the interview, Renner discussed what he enjoys most about his role as CEO, the challenges of leading a fast-growing company that doubled its headcount last year, and the advice he would give his younger self.
Specifically, he recommends trusting your instincts: "In some decisions I looked for a reason and it might have led to slower progress. Young leaders often don’t have the experience they feel they need. But, chances are good, that the same young leaders rose to their positions because of their strategic and sound thinking."
