August 29, 2023

HomeSphere’s 2023 Partner Summit is just around the corner, and this year we can’t wait to show you what’s in store. Our annual summit builds upon our mission to help our manufacturers win new business with home builders while growing existing business. Partners who attend will have three days to strategize with the HomeSphere team — including Partner Engagement, Builder Sales and Marketing — on charging up sales into 2024, while also networking with other manufacturers and even a few HomeSphere builders.

And, did we mention, there’s golf, pickleball, a fun awards ceremony, and our MC and special keynote speaker is the one and only former Broncos player, Reggie Rivers?

Meeting in the Mile High City

The HomeSphere Partner Summit 2023 is at the same great location, but we’re moving to a larger and more private event space in The Inverness which features its own PGA golf course and luxurious spa.

An Agenda That’s Fun and Productive

Our aim is to show our guests a great time while getting down to business.

The HomeSphere Open and Welcome Reception

Partners who’ve elected to play golf will join us Tuesday, Oct. 3, for the HomeSphere Open, during which partners, HomeSphere team members, and even some HomeSphere builders will gather at The Club at Inverness and tee off on an 18-hole Championship golf course designed by J. Press Maxwell. Plan to be there? Be sure to wear your best (hint, hint). Attendees who aren’t golfers will be able to break in the brand new pickleball courts at The Club.

However, the Partner Summit officially kicks off with our Welcome Reception early Tuesday evening with a late summer barbeque buffet dinner, drinks and plenty of good conversation. The winners of the coveted HomeSphere Open, as well as the golf contest winners, will be announced at the reception. (See last year’s golf winners!)

Strategy Sessions and Builder Insights

The first full day of the Partner Summit will start with an opening keynote by Greg Schwarzer, president and CEO of HomeSphere. Schwarzer will update our partners on exciting updates with HomeSphere and where we’re headed into 2024. He’ll be followed by the always fascinating Carl Reichardt Jr., managing director & homebuilding analyst at BTIG, who will provide data-driven insights on what’s happening in the housing industry

A quintessential part of the Partner Summit is our one-on-one meetings between partners and HomeSphere’s regional market specialists, which will start Wednesday and extend into Thursday. These sessions allow partners to review and discuss sales strategies in different regions of the country. While these sessions are underway, break-out sessions with HomeSphere’s Partner Engagement team, marketing and product teams will also be scheduled.

Builder Panel

Partners can hear even more builder insights at our lively Builder Panel, moderated by Jim Plazak, director of builder sales, which will feature four HomeSphere builders. Panelists include:
• Eric Jensen, national director for strategic purchasing of Mill Creek Residential Trust
• Keith Dentremont, senior project manager with Haselden Homes
• Vincent Grabowski, chief operating officer with Saddletree Homes
• Tom Martinez, founder and president of Valiant Homes

Awards Ceremony and Dinner

The Partner Awards Ceremony is our chance to recognize our fantastic partners, and former Denver Broncos running back Reggie Rivers will be the Master of Ceremonies.

The Partner Engagement team, Jim Plazak and Greg Schwarzer will present five awards, including the top honor, the Partner Excellence Award. (See last year’s winners!)

Special Keynote by Reggie Rivers

Reggie Rivers will also deliver a special keynote address Thursday morning that addresses three core themes:

1. How to lead and not just wield authority.
2. How to stand out in an environment of high parity when everyone has the same stuff you have.
3. How to understand what your primary job is.

Rivers knows how to stand out in a crowded field and is here to inspire our partners to do the same.

Planning to attend? We’ll see you in Denver! Our 2023 Partner Summit is jam-packed with fun events, networking opportunities, insightful industry discussions and one-on-one strategy sessions — and with the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, what could be better?
