HomeSphere’s Newest Game-Changer Named Top Product of 2018

Product Data in the Home

HomeSphere received top honors today for its newest technology for local production builders, My HomeSphere™. The product, which changes the face of rebate management for builders, was named one of Constructech magazine’s Residential Top Products of 2018. The annual award honors technology solutions that have redefined homebuilding this past year.

“We are honored that Constructech recognized our hard work on My HomeSphere and its value to the industry,” said Glenn Renner, HomeSphere’s CEO. “The new platform is the first step in the development of a technology foundation that will change the way the construction industry uses data and enables us to be more innovative and responsive to industry needs.”

Constructech, a respected publication focused on the meeting point between construction and technology, received hundreds of entries for this year’s “New Products” list. My HomeSphere won due to the product’s overall value to the industry and rapid customer adoption. After just six months on the market, more than 950 HomeSphere builders use the application regularly. Builders can use the platform to track and manage earned rebate incentives, while using product data to analyze earnings down to the lot/block or subdivision level, and identify additional savings.

“My HomeSphere is significantly more robust than anything on the market,” said Peggy Smedley, editorial director of Constructech magazine. “It offers a targeted system for homebuilders to manage incentives and track their earnings.”

This is the second time HomeSphere has appeared on Constructech’s prestigious list. The company won the award in 2014 for an earlier version of its rebate management tracking software, called HomeSphere BRI.

“We have led the industry with innovative products and programs for 18 years, and we are raising the bar once again,” said Renner.
