As Part of Aggressive Growth Campaign, HomeSphere Appoints New Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Former VisionAIR Executive Joins HomeSphere to Help Oversee Recent Venture Funding and Remarkable Growth

Golden, CO-April 27, 2004- HomeSphere, the leading provider of e-commerce, collaboration, bid management, software, and buyer incentive programs for the homebuilding industry, today announced it has appointed Andrew Murray as Senior Vice President and CFO. The appointment comes on the heels of record growth in multiple sectors of HomeSphere's business, as well as a recent $1 million private placement of venture capital in HomeSphere.

Mr. Murray comes to HomeSphere from North Carolina-based VisionAIR, where he served as Vice President, CFO, and helped raise $5 million in an equity offering. Previously to his work at VisionAIR, Murray worked at SignalSoft Corporation, where he helped raise over $120 million, and helped oversee a successful IPO that facilitated the eventual sale of SignalSoft to Openwave Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: OPWV). With over 24 years of corporate experience, Murray has worked in various management positions in companies including Dynamic Information Systems, Murray Equipment Company, AT&T Communications, and Mountain Bell. Murray also serves on the Board of Directors for Bellco Credit Union and is a Certified Management Accountant.

"HomeSphere's growth path is so promising that we decided it would be prudent to bring on a person of Andy Murray's background in fund raising, equity markets, and corporation building," added Jim Waldrop, HomeSphere's Chief Executive Officer. "We're thrilled to get someone with his character and experience and look forward to immediately putting his talents to work, as we work to sustain our remarkable growth."

"HomeSphere is an especially attractive company because it has experienced strong growth in software, services, and buyer incentives to the nation's top builders and manufacturers," said Andy Murray, HomeSphere's Senior Vice President and CFO. "With a long tradition of industry-leading products and an executive team second to none, it's a thrill to join HomeSphere and contribute my skills to its continued success."
