BRI FAQs
Q: What is the BRI program and how does it work?
A: BRI is a backend incentive program that allows you to use products from 40 plus well known manufacturers and receive a cash incentive for selecting their brands. You
buy from the suppliers of your choice and negotiate pricing as you do today. Simply report the usage of a manufacturer on the BRI web site and we will send you a check.
Q: How much does it cost to join and what can I make?
A: It costs nothing to join. All we ask is that you give serious consideration to specifying the supply-chain partners on our program. Depending on the number of homes
you close and the number of products selected, you can make as much as $30,000 or more a year at no additional cost to you.
AllTrack FAQs
Q: What is AllTrack and how does it work?
A: AllTrack is a Web-based tracking system designed for builders who have negotiated back-end incentive deals with their manufacturers. It is a management tool that is
flexible enough to track several divsions' closings even if different manufacturers are used on each project.
Q: Is AllTrack hard to use?
A: There is setup work involved for each division and community but a great deal of the information can be electronically loaded. Once the basic information is setup it
takes a few minutes each month per community to create invoices for all manufacturers. The system stores these invoices and gives you reports for monitoring payments.
