Chris Toth joined HomeSphere in 2007, initially as Regional Sales Manger for the Mid-West Region. Today Toth leads HomeSphere’s national network of regional sale managers to increase revenue, market share and continue HomeSphere’s high level of service to existing customers.
Throughout his extensive career of sales and operational management in the building products industry, Toth has been involved with marketing initiatives, merchandising programs, and incentive plans, both in the consumer and professional markets. Toth’s experience extends from store administration to financial management, from operational management to strategic sales planning spanning over 15 years working with general and commercial contractors, as well as builders.
Toth joined HomeSphere from Sherwin Williams (NYSE:SW), where most recently he was District Manager for the Pittsburgh area. He had earlier served as city manager, branch manager, district credit manager, and store manager working with general, commercial contractors, builders and consumers. Prior to Sherwin Williams, Toth worked in the Lumber and Building Supply industry working with wholesalers and D.I.Y. customers.
In his tenure at HomeSphere, Toth has strategically increased sales and profitability for the company. Toth was instrumental in initiating key sales program’s that resulted in an increase in builder enrollment and an overall increase in incremental business for HomeSphere’s Supply Chain Partners.
Toth holds a bachelor's degree in communication from Slippery Rock University.
